Recipes

In the early 1990s, the Washington Red Raspberry Commission worked withSibyl Kile and Daniel Petek to create a Red Raspberry Cookbook. Now the recipies from that cookbook and other sources are being collected on this web site. Every few months, we will add new recipes.

The recipes are derived from many sources: raspberry growers, chefs and raspberry lovers from many regions. In nearly every instance, "frozen" raspberries can be substituted for "fresh". If berries are frozen without sugar, as a general rule of thumb, 2 cups of fresh berries equal about 10 ounces of frozen. To sweeten, add 1 part sugar to 10 parts raspberries.

Use the drop down menu boxes below and click on the recipe of your choice to open a recipe window that you can print.
