Raspberry Roundtable May 2007

The Washington Red Raspberry Commission and the British Columbia Raspberry Improvement Council sponsored a human health focused Raspberry Roundtable in Los Angeles mid-May, 2007. The Roundtable brought leading scientists focused on berry health research together with raspberry growers and companies interested in including raspberries in their product lines. The following presentations helped spur the discussion of how to communicate the strong nutritional and nutraceutical message that red raspberries provide for a health conscious world.
